Concreate Wash Out Base Unit provides a simple, effective and compliant way to manage concrete washdown on-site. This self-contained unit eliminates hazardous alkaline waste by reducing pH levels during washing, allowing for safe, repeatable use. With the Nappy Sack and built-in pump system, you can wash chutes, pumps, skips and mixers without generating harmful runoff. Closed-loop recycling system – Wash water is filtered and reused indefinitely; less than 1 m³ to dispose of at job end. Safe pH Blue technology – Automatically neutralises high-alkaline concrete wash-water on contact. High-capacity performance – Each Nappy Sack handles 50 chute washes before replacement. Quick setup – Fill with ≈ 700 L of water, insert the Nappy Sack, plug into a 32-amp 110 V supply (5 kVA generator min).
