My Night Sky earring are large circular earring inspired the night sky over the desert. I’ve used pink ivory wood to represent the ground plane and purpleheart the sky, with the hand cut silver disc giving the piece a little shimmer like a flickering star. Purple heart is an incredible timber which when exposed to oxygen in the air gets deeper in colour. I use a few coats of my special oil recipe and wax to give these earrings a beautiful natural feel.
