Schacht Spindle Company makes all of their current baby wolf looms with a treadle aid bar and treadle assist cords. If your older loom does not have the bar on the back castle cross brace, you can add it. This part comes from Schacht Spindle Company, is 26″ long, and is made of Maple wood. To mount the treadle aid bar on the back of the loom, you will attach it using the enclosed screws to the rear cross brace in the center of the loom. Instructions are included for mounting the bar onto your loom. The bar works with Jazz Bands to provide stability and treadle assistance.
