Easy to put on and take off yourself. To find the right size bracelet for you, please measure your wrist using a flexible measure tape. If you don’t have a measure tape, you can also use a piece of string. Wrap it around your wrist and then lay it down on a ruler and take the measurement. To achieve a comfortable fit, you need to add 1.5-2cm to your wrist measurement (no more than 2cm).
